At BNZ, I came in as the first fully-fledged copywriter the Marketing & Design team had in-house for some time. I worked across many sectors of the business, writing copy for the Next Best Conversations programme, interviewing members of leadership teams within BNZ and creating content for BNZ’s Life Moments, Debrief and Business Moments libraries. I created case studies and providing support to other teams in the Marketing & Design umbrella.

I also provided copy support for complex customer comms projects, like updates to mortgage agreements, changes due to new legislation or attempts to simplify older, more complex products. To do this, I worked closely with stakeholders, like product managers, lawyers, front-line staff and communication managers, ensuring we met our requirements while also providing copy that was clear, concise and met our tone of voice.
